Gas Purification Panels
BENEFITS FOR GC:
• Trap the paramagnetic impurities like Oxygen & moisture from the carrier & fuel gases
• Reduce baseline noise, drift problems, etc.
• Increase column life, GC detectors & reduce flame problems.
• Improve precision in results.
• Save costly gases through toggle valves & gas distribution panel.• Toggle valves
• Molecular sieves
• Silica Gel
• Oxy trap
• Gas tubing -
Cylinder Pressure Regulators
Most GC systems require that the pressure be regulated between the source (gas cylinder or gas generator) and the instrument. Select a pressure regulator based on the application:
• 2-Stage Gas Cylinder Regulators: Reduce pressure in two steps, enabling the regulator to uniformly control the output pressure despite the decreasing input pressure from the gas cylinder. An in-line regulator is typically not required downstream. Choose a 2-stage regulator when the gas cylinder is within 10 feet of the instrument. 3000 psi maximum inlet pressure
MOC of the regulator depending upon the application. -
Gas Cylinders
Hydrogen gas (H2) is used as fuel gas in flame ionization detector (FID). Hydrogen is a dangerous gas that explodes easily. This page describes the potential dangers and precautions for the safe use of hydrogen gas in gas chromatographs.
A cylinder is a sealed container that can contain a gas or liquid. “High-pressure gas cylinders” filled with a gas at high pressure are often used with analytical instruments. -
Stainless Steel Tubing
This is the standard tubing material for chromatography, suitable for a wide variety of applications. Close tolerances are held on both ID and OD.
Type 316 stainless in a variety of sizes for HPLC and GC applications, featuring a smooth internal surface, and a soft annealed OD for easy ferrule connection. The standard grade has a welded seam, while premium grade is seamless.• Premium, seamless
• Standard, welded seam -
Gas Manual Manifold System
Manual Gas Manifold System
• Available in brass chrome plated & SS316 body for inert & corrosive gas.
• Can be connected with one or more cylinders. -
Gas Distribution System
Gas Distribution System is used when there is more than one Gas Chromatograph.
It helps to control the flow and pressure of different gases for different GC’s
Used for selection between two gases of different types.
Available in two different types one with selector valve, pressure gauge & toggle valve another with only two toggle valves .
